The Kelly Wearstler H&M HOME collection reimagines furniture as an evolving, modular system – small pieces that transform into something greater. Each design shifts, expands, and interacts with its surroundings, blending material, form, and space while accompanying daily rituals that shape identity. This milestone marks a bold evolution for the brand, introducing furniture within a designer collaboration for the first time, complemented by design objects.

“This collaboration with Kelly Wearstler is about exploring how design can shape the way we live, through pieces that are both expressive and adaptable,” says Evelina Kravaev-Söderberg, H&M HOME Head of Design & Creative.“Through the installation at Milan Design Week, we are expanding our design universe and offering new ways to experience H&M HOME. Presenting the collection at Palazzo Acerbi allows us to translate these ideas into a physical environment that invites people to connect with the collection on a deeper level.”

The installation is hosted at Palazzo Acerbi, a near-mythic 17th-century Baroque palace that has long been closed to the public. Behind its austere façade lies architectural grandeur that create a striking juxtaposition with the collection’s bold contemporary aesthetic.

“This is my Milan Design Week debut, and H&M HOME is the perfect partner. Their global presence and genius for storytelling align perfectly with my vision. Bringing this collection to life in Milan and showing people how the pieces come alive in a real space — that’s what excites me,”

says Kelly Wearstler.

Built on the collection’s themes of daily rituals and modular synergy, the installation — produced by the acclaimed Studio Boum — unfolds as an immersive, choreographed sensory journey. Each room reveals a distinct dimension of the experience, transforming every sense into a sacred act that invites presence and connection. The spotlighted products function not only as adaptive design elements, but as a companion to the rituals that shape identity.
